Cugo Gran is delighted to have Jono Raeburn joining the team for the 2017 season.  A qualified Head Chef with 15 years’ experience, Jono has worked all over the world including in the Michelin-starred “Greyhound Inn” in Stockbridge and “21 Queen Street” in Newcastle, UK as well as in “Rockpool”, “Quay” and “Vue de Monde” arguably three of Australia’s finest restaurants.  His latest achievements have been as Head Chef at the prestigious “No.14” in Verbier, Switzerland and more recently as the Head Chef and Owner of “Brasserie 1” in Le Châble, Verbier, Switzerland. Jono has also worked for private households and on super yachts.  He produces high quality, imaginative and varied menus and we are thrilled to have him with us.
